Job Description

The COO owns business execution across departments, drives operational scale, and ensures strategic plans are translated into measurable outcomes. This role partners with founders and functional heads to optimize process maturity, SLA predictability, and cross-team accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own operational strategy and execution cadence
• Drive organization-wide SLA governance and service quality
• Align departments on quarterly KPIs and delivery goals
• Lead process excellence, automation, and performance management
• Coordinate with executive leadership on scaling priorities

Requirements

• 10+ years in operations leadership, including 4+ years in senior executive roles
• Strong background in service delivery and performance systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and organizational leadership
• Data-driven mindset with strong financial and operational acumen

Nice to Have

• Experience in hosting, SaaS, telecom, or managed services
• Exposure to ISO/ITIL-aligned process environments
• MBA or equivalent executive management credentials
