Job Description

This role runs full-funnel digital campaigns across paid search, social, and remarketing while optimizing CPL, CAC, and conversion quality.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital campaign roadmap
  • Manage paid channel budgets and optimization cycles
  • Monitor performance metrics and improve conversion paths
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for campaign assets
Requirements
  • 4+ years in performance marketing
  • Strong familiarity with analytics and attribution
  • Hands-on optimization across paid channels
Nice to Have
  • SEO and CRO hands-on experience
  • Marketing automation platform experience
